Purpose of the Partnership
Our Partnership Program is built to enhance collaboration and expand business opportunities in the digital services sector. Partners are empowered to promote our products and services, generate leads, refer clients, and participate in marketing or project-based collaborations. This program is structured to ensure that both parties benefit through shared skills, resources, and revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities of ITX Digital Services (PVT) LTD
As your partner, we commit to providing accurate information, professional support, and updated communication regarding our services, pricing, and processes. We will supply approved marketing materials, branding guidelines, and product details required to promote our solutions. Our team ensures timely project delivery and technical support for clients referred through the partnership program. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial matters, including commission settlements and reporting.
Responsibilities of the Partner
Partners are expected to represent ITX Digital Services with honesty, accuracy, and professionalism. You agree to share truthful and timely information about leads, prospects, and potential business opportunities. You also commit to following all branding, communication, and promotional guidelines provided by us. Confidentiality is essential; therefore, all internal information, pricing, strategies, and client details must be handled responsibly and must not be shared with unauthorized parties. Partners must avoid misleading clients, misrepresenting the brand, or engaging in unethical practices.
Commission Structure & Payments
Partners will earn commissions based on an agreed-upon revenue-sharing model. Commission percentages or fixed rates will be provided in writing for each project or engagement. Payments are processed within 7–14 working days after project completion or after the client’s payment has been received in full. Should any discrepancies arise, partners are required to notify us within 5 working days for clarification and resolution.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All materials, including branding assets, documents, and digital content provided by ITX Digital Services, remain the exclusive property of the company. Partners may use these assets solely for approved promotional activities. All shared business information must be kept confidential throughout and after the partnership.
Termination of Partnership
Either party may terminate the partnership with 14 days’ written notice. Immediate termination may occur
in cases involving breach of agreement, unethical behavior, or unauthorized use of company material.
Governing Law
All partnership activities and agreements are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
